Two of Irelands finest clubnights, Electric Underground and !Kaboogie team up for a very special gig on May 24. Diamond Version, a collaboration between two of the most visionary producers in electronic music – Alva Noto and Byetone, land in The Button Factory in Dublin for their debut Irish performance and what could very well be one of the gigs of the year.
Championed for their Raster Noton imprint and releases on Mute, either producer on their own would be a good draw but having both is rare enough and with a full A/V show, it’s a rare chance to catch them push the boundaries of what a sub is capable of.
If that’s not enough, they’ve also agreed to give a talk to discuss their music, video work and artwork in the Goethe-Institut Irland on the afternoon/evening of the gig.
