Snork Enterprises is a label that has always guaranteed quality. Founded by none other than the mighty Syntax Error, it’s a true underground techno label – never following trends and consistently releasing artists it believes in regardless of hype. While making it to 20 releases on your label is rare enough these days, Snork Enterprises have managed 70 and what better way to commemorate such a landmark than a release by two true heros of the underground and who embody the spirit of the label –Neil Landstrumm and Bill Youngman
”Fry Up E.P.” sees the pair collaborate on two tracks and Landstrumm lay down 2 of his own. Collectively, it’s what you expect, a healthy slab of groove laden techno. Landstrumm’s two solo tracks also retain his classic swagger and is a true trip in bass exploration. ”Roulette” in particular has a bass line so infectious, you’ll need to wear protection just to listen to it.
Massive respect to Snork Enterprises for hitting 70 releases and with no sign of them slowing up yet there’s a lot to look forward to.
