For those looking to end February in style; this Friday on Chatsworth Road in London the tunes will be lashed out for a great cause. Skirmish’s friend Leah Desmond is heading to Malawi to help the charity Phunzira and this Fundraver event will be raising money while playing tunes and doing our bit!
Playing on the night will be myself, Kenny, P-Hocto and Acra(who just got signed to Consequence’s new label Etcht) in what I can only describe as one of the coolest and unique venues I’ve seen – Lumieres in Hackney. You can read a blog post about it here.
To get on the guest list there’s a suggested donation of £5 to cover venue costs or £10 if you’re willing/able to donate to the project. If you cant afford that, then you can pay what you wish. If you’re feeling flush, there’s no upper limit.
